Job Description

The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in choosing suitable academic programs at NIRA, handling admission inquiries, and providing career-oriented counseling. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively promote NIRA's programs and support students throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents about NIRA's programs, courses, career opportunities, and admission processes. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information. Conduct presentations, webinars, and info sessions in schools, colleges, and education fairs. Guide students through the application process, documentation, and enrollment procedures. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to achieve admissions targets. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, outreach, and promotional activities. Keep updated knowledge of NIRA's programs, industry trends, and career prospects in Robotics & AI. Ensure smooth onboarding and handholding of enrolled students.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience (2-5 years) as an education counselor/admissions officer preferred. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities. Passion for education, technology, and student development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
