Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert them into successful admissions.
Guide prospective students regarding course selection based on their academic background, interest, and career goals.
Explain course details, duration, benefits, and career prospects clearly and confidently.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Collaborate with trainers and center staff to ensure seamless enrolment and onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Attend regular training and team meetings.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in approach with a target-driven mindset.
Good understanding of IT training domains like Data Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, etc.
Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Qualifications:
