Act as the first point of contact for interested families, providing information about the school's programs and facilities through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Guide parents through the entire admission process, including providing application forms, scheduling campus tours, and assisting with any required documentation or interviews.
Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, and enrollment data. This may also involve tracking conversion rates and identifying areas for improvement.
Build rapport with prospective families, addressing their concerns and providing a positive experience to encourage enrollment.
Inquire about reasons for withdrawals to understand challenges and potentially prevent future attrition.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is often preferred.
Proficiency with computer applications and database management.
A bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or a related field is required.
