Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students, addressing their career goals, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses such as Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and other skill-development programs. Understand student needs and provide accurate information about programs, career outcomes, and fees. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolments using CRM tools. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: Education, Business, or Marketing). 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or educational sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student psychology and build rapport. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
