Experience working with
#CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
0-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries related to admissions.
