Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide course information and encourage enrollment.
Handle inbound inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and follow up effectively.
Understand student requirements and provide counseling for appropriate courses.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM/database.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
Schedule and conduct counseling sessions - online and offline.
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaign support and updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline; Education/Counseling background preferred.
0-2 years of experience in Tele calling, Counseling, or Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle pressure and work towards achieving targets.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
