Roles and Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and school facilities. Conduct

field visits

to promote admissions, meet potential students/parents, and distribute promotional materials. Convert inquiries into

confirmed admissions

through consistent follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Participate in

education fairs, seminars, and local events

to promote the school's programs and build community engagement. Maintain and update

admission data, leads, and follow-up reports

in a structured format. Collaborate with the

marketing and academic teams

to support enrollment targets and implement outreach strategies. Achieve and aim to

exceed monthly admission and sales targets.

Gather

market feedback and competitor information

to support planning and improvement in marketing and admission strategies. Assist in

telecalling campaigns

and promotional drives as directed by the management.
