The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing all aspects of student admissions and enrolment, serving as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. This role involves maintaining relationships with potential applicants, guiding them through the admission process, and assisting in achieving the school's enrolment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.
Provide detailed information regarding the school's programs, admissions criteria, and financial aid options.
Review applications, ensure all required documents are submitted, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and outreach strategies.
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update the admissions database and related records.
Provide guidance to students and families throughout the enrolment process.
Monitor and report on admission trends and statistics.
Support the school in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and efficient admissions office.
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Ensure that all visitors sign in and out according to school procedures.
Handle inquiries regarding school policies, procedures, and general information.
Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth communication between departments.
Assist with any other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Education, Business).
Previous experience in admissions or customer service is an asset.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of school admission processes and procedures is a plus.
Must be well-presented, professional, and able to represent the school in a positive manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with admissions software is a plus.
