Job Title: Admission Counselor

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and child-friendly Counselor to join Junior Delhi School, Play School . The ideal candidate should have

2 years of experience in counseling in school industry

--preferably in early childhood or school environments--and must be passionate about guiding parents and supporting young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

-Interact with parents to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and support admissions-related queries.

Counsel parents about early childhood development, school programs, and child readiness. Maintain positive communication between parents and the school team. Assist in student onboarding and settling-in support during the initial days. Handle queries professionally and ensure a smooth parent experience. Maintain documentation and counseling records.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in school industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with parents and young children. Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach. Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
