Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about aviation training and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.

Convert leads into confirmed admissions within the given target period.

Maintain accurate student data and daily reports.

Collaborate with the training and placement teams for student success.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in student counseling or aviation education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong target orientation and result-driven mindset.

Presentable, confident, and professional attitude.
