Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist students in understanding their academic options, guide them through the college admission process, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding course and college options based on their interests, academic background, and career goals
Handle inquiries via phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and emails
Maintain and update student records in the CRM system
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions
Build strong relationships with students to encourage trust and long-term association
Stay updated with admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and deadlines of various colleges
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation and admission processes
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or Communication)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Previous experience in counselling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
