Job Summary

We are seeking a

compassionate and results-oriented Career Counselor

to guide students toward

successful and fulfilling career paths

. This role requires a professional who can assess student interests and job-oriented skills, provide structured career guidance, and support informed decision-making while contributing to branch-level growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to effectively convert enquiries and leads into enrolled students Provide

end-to-end career counselling

, including guidance on suitable educational courses and programs aligned with individual career goals Take responsibility for

driving sales and enrolment growth

at the branch level Organize and actively participate in

on-campus and off-campus events

, seminars, and career counselling sessions Handle

walk-in enquiries, calls, and online leads

through effective and empathetic counselling techniques Ensure high standards of

student experience and service quality

throughout the counselling journey Work in a

target-driven and deadline-oriented environment

while maintaining professionalism and customer focus
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field

Prior experience in

career counselling, admissions counselling, or the education industry

Strong

communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

Excellent

organizational skills

with high attention to detail Ability to work

independently as well as collaboratively

within a team Proficiency in

MS Office

; familiarity with counselling tools or CRM systems is an advantage
Preferred Profile

Experience in education consultancies, training institutes, or universities Sales-oriented mindset with a student-first approach
