Handle Telephonic Calls-Inbound/outbound & Emails. Explain Course Details & facilities Help students to choose right course. follow up and enquiry to admissions. Coordinate with admission process

Qualifications

:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in career counselor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM
