Job Title: Admission Counselor

The Admission Counselor is responsible for supporting the student recruitment and admission process by guiding prospective students through application procedures, program selection, and enrollment requirements. The role involves counseling students and parents, evaluating applications, and promoting the institution to achieve enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities. Guide applicants through the admission process, including application forms, documentation, and deadlines. Review and evaluate student applications to ensure eligibility and completeness Conduct information sessions, webinars, and interviews to promote academic programs. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to implement student recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrolled students in the admissions system. Provide timely follow-up communication with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Stay updated on institutional policies, academic programs, and industry trends. Contribute to achieving enrollment targets and improving the overall student admission experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or educational sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and academic partners. Knowledge of admission policies, academic programs, and higher education trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
