We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and supporting them in making informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel students about academic programs, career opportunities, and admission processes. Follow up with potential students and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment formalities. Meet individual and team admission targets. Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and education fairs. Provide continuous support and guidance to students until successful enrollment.

Requirements:

Any Graduate (preferred background in Counseling, Sales, or Education). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and clarity. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Experience in counseling, sales, or academic advising will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
