Job Title: Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:
To drive student enrolments by managing the end-to-end admissions process and supporting all marketing and promotional activities of the school. The role requires a balance of counseling skills, communication abilities, and marketing acumen to enhance the school's visibility and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Counseling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Counsel prospective parents and students on curriculum, facilities, and the admission process.
Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and open-house events to promote the school's offerings.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
Handle admission documentation, registration formalities, and fee-related coordination.
Prepare regular reports on inquiries, visits, conversions, and withdrawals for management review.
Marketing & Outreach:
Support in planning and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote admissions.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure engaging, brand-aligned content.
Coordinate with the central marketing team for creatives, advertisements, and campaigns.
Organize and support events such as open houses, school fairs, education expos, and community engagement programs.
Build relationships with preschools, corporates, and local communities for outreach and partnership opportunities.
Monitor competitor schools' marketing activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Assist in developing promotional materials--brochures, newsletters, videos, and online posts.
Track marketing activities and provide reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or marketing (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media management platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Positive attitude, approachable personality, and student-parent-friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
