Student Lifecycle Management l Coordination for student materials (ID Cards, Uniforms etc.) Parents Communication Management l Coordination between academic team and parents. l Managing the parent portal (parent space) by updating circulars, photos and all other information on a timely basis l Preparing important circulars for students/parents, coordinating for its distribution and maintaining circular records l Coordinating for various messages/emails to be sent to parents for information sharing l Responsible for scheduling and logistic arrangements for PTM\'s/ parent workshops and maintaining records related to parent attendance and feedback Parents Relationship Building and Management - Academics l Maintaining parent database and sharing it with the academic team for engaging parents as experts/volunteers. l Responsible for scheduling and logistic arrangements for PTM\'s/ parent workshops and maintaining records related to parent attendance and feedback l Engaging positively and proactively with parents and anchoring ways to build a positive parent-school community partnership Documentation l Maintaining all the files and documents standard/section wise for records l Distributing and maintaining records of circulars and notices l Updating and maintaining registrations for all workshops l Compilation of various parent and student data round the year l Providing required documents during PTM, updating and sending PTM remarks l Helping teachers for any student/parent information and data required External Liasoning and Compliance l Coordinating with external associates and agencies such as examination boards, peer schools, government education departments, DEO, expert trainers, consultants, etc. l Contribution towards processes related to compliance for various academic purposes Planning and Co-ordination l Assisting the Principal and Vice Principal for preparing the whole school calendar. l Assisting the Principal and Vice Principal for scheduling their various appointments with parents / external visitors l Co-ordinating and compiling the documents related to new admissions, withdrawal, GRs, UIDs etc. l Providing data of inquiries or current parents to marketing team whenever they need for marketing purpose. Policies and Processes l Implementing the policies and processes as defined regarding: Managing Student Admission Process Managing Student Withdrawal Process Parents Relationship Management - Services Other Responsibilities l Understanding the processes of administrative counseling areas and contributing in the same whenever need arises. l Any other responsibility as may be allocated by the reporting authorities from time to time keeping in view the smooth functioning of the Counseling and Marketing functions.
