Role Overview:The Admission Counsellor will drive student enrolments for Allen Online programs (JEE, NEET, Classes 6-10) by promoting products, managing leads, and coordinating with offline centers.Key Responsibilities:- Enrolment & Sales: Identify potential students, recommend suitable programs, and meet enrolment targets.- Product Expertise: Understand and communicate Allen Oline's offerings and pedagogy.- Center Advocacy: Represent Allen Online at offline centers, conduct training, and build rapport with internal teams.- Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM updates; maintain a healthy sales pipeline.- Field Activities: Participate in lead generation campaigns.- Feedback Loop: Share market insights and feedback with leadership. Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in counseling/sales (preferably in JEE/NEET coaching).- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills; Excel knowledge is a plus.- Graduate degree from a recognized university.- Self-motivated, flexible, and passionate about sales.
