We are urgently looking for Admission Counsellors for a reputed Edutech Company. Position: Admission Counsellor Location: Bangalore Experience : 1-7yrs with Excellent Communication Skills(Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply) willing to work in Night shifts. Experience in Tele sales in any industry would be preferred. Job Responsibilities: Consulting prospective customers & converting them to paid customers Understanding core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email and text Handling customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales Identifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Adhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospects Onboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between Company and the customer Coordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partners Highlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.
