Admission Counselor
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right courses.
The Admission Counselor will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online leads. The role includes providing clear information about courses, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities. The candidate will conduct counseling sessions, understand student interests, and help them select suitable programs offered by the institute.
Key responsibilities include maintaining inquiry records, following up with prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and coordinating with faculty for class schedules. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, demo classes, and admission events. The counselor should be confident, presentable, and comfortable working in a student-centric environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (graduation preferred), good communication in English and Hindi, basic computer skills, and a friendly personality. Prior experience in counseling or the education sector is an advantage.
