Position Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor

to join our team and guide prospective learners through their journey of enrolling in our Data Science and AI programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in

counselling or sales (preferably within the EdTech industry)

, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students through the admission and counselling process for Data Science & AI programs. Understand learners' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses. Achieve and exceed individual enrolment and conversion targets. Maintain strong follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely closures. Deliver an excellent student experience throughout the counselling journey. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

6 months of experience

in Counselling / Sales / EdTech.

Basic understanding

of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and related technologies. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
