Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify potential students, understand their educational goals, and determine their suitability for the institute's courses.
Course Recommendations:
Provide detailed information about course offerings, fees, and enrollment procedures, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
Sales Process Management:
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, including application, payment, and other required steps.
Inquiry Handling:
Address inquiries from potential students, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Follow-up and Retention:
Follow up with leads to ensure they are adequately informed and engaged, and actively work on student retention.
CRM Management:
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management.
Collaboration:
Work with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective students.
