We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Admission Counsellor

at

NIHT (Ultadanga Branch),

you will be the first point of contact for prospective students seeking to pursue their education with us. Your role is to guide potential students through the admission process, answer queries, provide information about courses, and support them in making an informed decision about their career path. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and guide students to choose the right programs that align with their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Enrolment/walk-in and Guidance

2. Calling and Conversion

3. Communication and Coordination

4. Data Management and Reporting

5. Student Support

Eligibilities:

Minimum Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum of 2-5
years of experience in a similar role (admissions,

counselling, or sales in the education sector).

Skills:

Communication Skills
Convincing skills in Sales and Persuasion
Technology Proficiency (Experience with CRM software and other student management tools)
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in educational counselling is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing and other educational trends is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
