Core Responsibilities (Focused on Admissions)1. End-to-End Admissions Handling
Lead the entire admissions process from enquiry ? counselling ? follow-up ? conversion ? enrolment.
Ensure every parent receives a clear and professional admission experience.
Personally handle high-priority or complex cases.
Counselling & Parent Interaction
Explain curriculum, facilities, FIITJEE methodology, academic strengths, and fee structure.
Understand parents' expectations and guide them genuinely.
Conduct campus tours and academic counselling sessions.
Enquiry Management
Manage all enquiries:
Walk-ins
Phone calls
WhatsApp
Website & digital leads
Ensure that enquiries are responded to
within 2 hours

Track the status of every enquiry until closure
Documentation & Process Compliance
Ensure accurate documentation for every admission:
Application form
Student records
ID proofs
Previous school reports
Coordinate with Accounts team for fee payment and receipts.
Ensure every admission follows the school's SOP.
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain the admissions tracker/CRM daily.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on:
Enquiries received
Source-wise leads
Conversions
Pending follow-ups
Targets vs. Achievements
Present data to Principal and Management.
Conversion & Lead Follow-Up
Maintain consistent follow-up with interested parents.
Share reminders for school visits, assessment dates, fee deadlines, etc.
Use professional communication to drive conversions.
Review conversion funnel weekly and improve weak areas.
Admission Events
Organize and manage:
Open houses
Counselling camps
Orientation sessions
Admission drives
Ensure smooth parent flow and excellent experience.
Cross-team Coordination
Coordinate with:
Principal
Academic coordinators
Accounts team
Front office
Arrange interaction sessions, entrance tests, and student assessments

Any Degree (MBA preferred).
Minimum
3-6 years
experience in school admissions.
