We are looking for a motivated and student-centric
Admissions Counsellor
to guide prospective students through their enrolment journey. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student acquisition, counselling, and conversion for PBCA's culinary and bakery programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel walk-in, telephonic, online, and lead-based enquiries for culinary and bakery programs
Explain course offerings, eligibility, fees, and career pathways clearly and confidently
Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions data
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams during admissions cycles and events
Participate in education fairs, workshops, open houses, and promotional activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Education, Hospitality, or Management preferred)
1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or student services
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Excel, and lead management
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Passion for education, hospitality, or culinary careers is an added advantage
