Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel working professionals via calls regarding online UG and PG programs Understand the candidate's educational background and career goals and recommend suitable courses Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching course benefits and value propositions Handle inbound leads and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective learners Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis Resolve candidate queries related to course structure, fees, eligibility, and enrollment process Build strong relationships with potential learners to drive long-term conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduation is

mandatory

Minimum

6 months of experience

in inside sales, academic counseling, or EdTech sales Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional language preferred) Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Experience in selling online education, distance learning, or professional courses Prior experience in handling high-volume calls and lead conversion Passion for education and career counseling
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
