Role Overview:

This role focuses on

student and parent counselling

, understanding academic goals, providing career guidance, and supporting admission-related decisions through structured counselling conversations.

Location:

Lucknow (Onsite)

Experience:

Minimum

2+ years

in career counselling / education counselling / academic advisory

Preferred Background:

Coaching institutes, education consultancies, admissions counselling

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students & parents via calls and in-person discussions Understand career interests and recommend suitable academic paths Guide on courses, programs, and admission procedures Follow up on enquiries and support decision-making Work in a performance-driven yet counselling-focused environment

Fixed salary + incentives

Hindi mandatory | Basic English preferred
