We're looking for a people-first professional who enjoys guiding learners toward the right academic path. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor--helping individuals make informed decisions about their education while delivering a supportive and seamless enrollment journey.

Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective learners and working professionals across multiple communication channels to understand their study interests and long-term goals. Present academic courses with clarity, highlighting value, learning impact, timelines, and cost structure. Build meaningful engagement from the first inquiry through successful registration using thoughtful follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress stages, and outcomes within CRM system. Consistently contribute toward individual targets and performance metrics with integrity and accountability. Address questions, doubts, or obstacles efficiently to ensure a positive and confidence-driven experience for applicants.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's qualification in any discipline. Experience - 0 to 3yrs Exposure to education-focused roles, consultative sales, student coordination, or similar fields is beneficial, though not mandatory. New graduates with strong interpersonal abilities and a learner-centric approach are encouraged to apply. Clear articulation, influencing skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
