Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals about career goals and suggest suitable courses or programs. Handle incoming leads through calls, emails, and chat; follow up on potential prospects. Understand the learner's profile, requirements, and preferences to provide accurate guidance. Explain course details, structure, duration, and career outcomes effectively. Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Meet weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Build and maintain a positive relationship with students to encourage referrals and renewals.
