We are looking for a motivated

Admission Counselor

to guide students in enrolling for

online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses

. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students via

calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings

regarding online UG/PG programs Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and university accreditation Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions Maintain accurate student data in CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment Achieve daily/weekly admission targets Resolve student queries professionally and promptly

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline Freshers or candidates with experience in education counseling, sales, or tele-calling can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with targets and follow-ups

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication Convincing and counseling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
