online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs
. This is a
target-driven, sales-focused
role suited for candidates who enjoy interaction, persuasion, and performance-based growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students (cold calling & lead follow-ups)
Counsel students on online UG & PG programs and guide them through the admission process
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Handle objections and close admissions effectively
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups on CRM
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum
6 months of inside sales / telesales experience
required
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Hindi is an added advantage)
Comfortable working in a
target-based sales environment
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
