Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Convert leads into successful enrollments to achieve revenue targets.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and admission processes.
Key Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, admission counselling, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in EdTech or education sector is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead conversion and revenue generation.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
