About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Counselor to join our growing remote team. You will guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in the right programs through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, email & video meetings

Handle inbound & outbound leads from digital platforms

Explain course details, fees, eligibility & admission process

Maintain accurate data in CRM / Google Sheets

Follow up with prospects to drive conversions & enrollments

Achieve monthly admission targets

Coordinate with academic & support teams

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Experience in admission counseling / inside sales / telecalling (preferred)

Comfortable working in a remote setup

Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Excel / Google Sheets

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
