We are hiring Counsellors and Sales Managers for our Lucknow branch. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to counsel students, and a passion for sales and target-driven work.
Responsibilities
Counsellor:
Counsel students about courses and career opportunities
Handle walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate student records
Sales Manager:
Lead and manage the sales team
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Follow up with leads and convert them to admissions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
For Sales Manager: Prior sales experience preferred
