Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
Provide detailed counselling related to courses, career prospects, fee structures, and admission processes.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
Maintain a strong understanding of all programs, eligibility criteria, and academic requirements.
Assist students throughout the documentation and admission process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM / database.
Participate in admission events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Provide feedback to management about student needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).
2-4 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or Inside Sales Executive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain courses clearly and influence decision-making.
Good command over MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven, confident, and proactive approach.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
