Position Overview:
The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) plays a vital role in promoting MSM Unify's programs to prospective students. This position involves responding to inquiries, identifying suitable programs, and guiding students through their application journey. The CRO drives operational strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring candidate engagement, fostering growth, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Develop and sustain solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders
Handle inbound queries from multiple channels including telephone, email, and web chat
Make outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into study applications
Cross-sell company products and services to maximize student enrollment
Conduct both inbound and outbound sales activities to meet targets
Customer Service & Support:
Analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels with company products and services
Manage complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary
Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and timely in all appropriate systems
Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting issues and trends
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student enrollment process

Reports to: Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required)
MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Experience & Skills:
Experience in B2C sales or strong eagerness to learn (preferred)
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn
Excellent customer service orientation
Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to adapt and grow in the customer service role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
