Counsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in person, phone, video).
Understand students' needs and suggest the right course/program.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle walk-ins, leads from various sources, and follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing detailed and accurate information.
Maintain high follow-up rates to ensure maximum conversions.
3. Admission Process Coordination
Assist students with applications, documentation, and fee payments.
Ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Provide daily/weekly reports to management.
Track and monitor performance against targets.
5. Outreach & Marketing Support
Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, seminars, and webinars.
Support marketing activities including social media promotions and campaigns.
Provide feedback on student trends and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
1-3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
