About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Admission Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process, helping them make informed decisions about academic programs and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads to achieve admission targets. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students choose the right courses. Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process. Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. 4-5 years of proven experience in

admissions, student counseling, or education sales

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and persuasive

skills. Highly

motivated, confident, and target-oriented

professional. Strong

organizational and multitasking

abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
