Join our growing team as an Admission Counselor and become the bridge between aspiring students and their dreams!

Key responsibility -

Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about our courses, fees, and admission process to prospective students. Follow up with leads and maintain communication until enrollment. Convince and coordinate with counsellors or education consultants to provide student referrals for our institute. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and generate consistent student inflow. Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly. Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall center growth. Maintain admission records and update the CRM database regularly. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for promotional activities and events.
Key requirements -

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, student counselling, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
