Admission Counselor
who is passionate about mentoring students and helping them make informed academic choices.
Role Overview:
As an Admission Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents seeking information about our programs. Your goal will be to guide them through the admission process, address their queries, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
What You'll Do:
Interact with prospective students and parents to explain course options, eligibility, and career pathways.
Follow up on leads, manage inquiries, and achieve enrollment targets.
Provide personalized counseling to help students select the right program.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely communication.
Build long-term relationships to support brand credibility and student satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
4-5 years of proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
A proactive, confident, and goal-driven individual.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
