Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Relationship Sales Executive who can drive digital brand visibility, boost admissions, and build strong student and institutional relationships. The candidate will also serve as a Digital Marketing Coach, mentoring students enrolled in Arena's Digital Marketing course with hands-on tools and practical training.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Branding:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging and youth-focused content (posts, reels, and stories) aligned with Arena's brand tone.

Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness.

Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Collaborate with creative and academic teams for promotional campaigns, events, and workshops.

Sales & Relationship Management:

Handle walk-in and online inquiries, providing course counseling and admissions guidance.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to achieve monthly targets.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

Represent Arena Animation at education fairs, events, and outreach programs.

Digital Marketing Coaching:

Conduct sessions and workshops for students in the Digital Marketing course.

Teach practical applications of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and Content Marketing.

Mentor students in managing live campaigns and understanding analytics.

Share current digital trends, certifications, and career paths with learners.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to deliver Education Counseling and convert inquiries into admissions.

Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related tools.

Passion for mentoring students and fostering their creative growth.

Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or education counseling.

Freshers with creative energy and digital skills are encouraged to apply.
