Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion. Represent VSM Scholars at seminars, school visits, and promotional events. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
