Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students.
Counsel students on course offerings, program structures, and career outcomes.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth admission processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales
(EdTech experience preferred).
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
