Position : Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with students and parents, providing information about courses, programs and admission process.

Manage student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and follow-up mechanisms.

Guide students in selecting appropriate programs as per their interest and career goals.

Achieve admission and enrolment targets within specified timelines.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.

Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth admission procedures.

Ensure a professional and supportive experience for students and their families.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

1-5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work under targets.
