Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Counselor at First Connect Worldwide. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales support, and education about our transportation and logistics services. The role involves daily interactions with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales coordinator Strong Communication skills good english communication and reading and speaking. Experience in customer-facing roles Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
