Job Title: Admission Counselor - Online UG/PG Courses

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our growing education services team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in counseling or sales within the education sector and will be responsible for promoting and selling undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered online. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and recommend suitable UG/PG courses.

Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales Conversion: Achieve admission and revenue targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.

Course Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about offered programs, eligibility criteria, course structures, and career outcomes.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Customer Support: Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission, documentation, and fee payments.

Market Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a degree in Education, Marketing, or Business is a plus).

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or counseling within the education industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
