Position Objective:



To guide, counsel and assist students & parents in selecting suitable courses, universities, and career options, and to achieve monthly admission targets in Distance, Online, and Regular Programs under UGC, PCI, NCTE approved universities and DMIT Counselling Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Enquiry & Lead Management



Walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online enquiry handling. Maintaining a proper record of leads and timely follow-up. Convert prospects into admissions through professional counselling.

Career Counselling & Guidance



Student profiling based on academic background, interest & career goals. Provide information about various courses like B.Ed, D.El.Ed, Pharmacy, Engineering, Management, UG & PG programs. Counsel students and parents about DMIT Counselling and its benefits.

Admission Process Management



Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and required documents. Help students in form filling, documentation, and university coordination. Track and ensure timely admissions and documentation submission.

Online Counselling & Webinars



Conduct online counselling sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video. Participate in education fairs, school-college seminars, and webinars for student awareness.

Target Achievement & Reporting



Achieve monthly admission & counselling targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.

Documentation & Data Management



Maintain student admission files and counselling records. Update CRM software/lead management tools regularly.

Customer Relationship Management



Maintain continuous communication with students and parents post-admission. Resolve student queries related to admission, classes, results, and certificates.

Promotion & Marketing Support



Support business development team in promotions, career seminars, and admission camps. Share university updates, offers, and notifications with students.

Required Skills:



Strong communication (Hindi & English) and convincing skills. Good interpersonal and counselling skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools). Target-oriented approach. Positive attitude, discipline, and student-friendly behavior.

Qualification:



Minimum Graduation (Any stream). Preferably with experience in Education Counselling / DMIT / Career Guidance / Admissions.

Work Timings:



10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
