What You'll Do:

Guide students through their study abroad journey with personalized program recommendations. Research and update global university programs, courses, fees, deadlines, and admission criteria. Maintain accurate program information across GoToUniversity.com platforms and website. Assist with application processing, document verification, and end-to-end admission support. Respond to student queries and provide clear, actionable advice. Stay on top of international education trends, scholarships, and admission policies.

Who We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in admission counselling, student support, or related roles. Strong knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Comfortable working with Excel, online tools, and university portals. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven. Passionate about helping students achieve their global education goals.
