Job Summary:

Minerva Defence Institute is seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to enhance our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, preferably in educational services or related fields. As an Experienced Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, guiding them through our course offerings, and facilitating their journey through the admission process.

You will play an essential role in building relationships with prospective candidates, addressing their queries, and driving admissions to help fulfill our mission of preparing the next generation of defense professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates, providing them with detailed information about the institute's courses, programs, and the defense sector. Qualify leads and convert them into admissions by identifying the needs and interests of each candidate. Guide candidates through the admission process, including application forms, eligibility criteria, and the necessary steps for enrollment. Address candidate inquiries in a professional and clear manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up with prospective candidates via calls, emails, and messages to keep them engaged and informed about program updates. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications and enrollment. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Ensure that all communication adheres to the institute's standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in education, admissions, or related sectors. Excellent communication skills.
