Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Guidance
Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities
Provide accurate information about admission procedures, deadlines, and institutional policies
Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on academic background and career goals
Admissions Process Management
Manage end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
Review applications, verify documents, and ensure eligibility compliance
Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and admission confirmations
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads
Maintain follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain and update student data in admission management systems
